Why was my credit card declined on

There are several possibilities.  The most common reason is related to the billing address provided for your order.  The address you provide must match where your credit card statements are mailed.  If you are using a debit card, please note that multiple attempts to place your order may result in additional authorizations/holds placed on your account.  If you continue to have problems, please call our customer service toll-free at 1-833-VFW-VETS (833-839-8387) and a representative will be happy to assist with your order.
